The United States Air Force (USAF) sought a solution to maintain safe oil temperatures in their F22 Raptors, which were causing malfunctions.
The three 55-ton air cooled chillers at UC Davis Medical Center failed to maintain chilled water loop temperature above 90°F, while the fittings connecting the chilled water piping leaked, resulting in facility-wide water damage.
The general contractor client required a quiet and effective chiller solution to address overheating and noise issues in their server room.
The semiconductor manufacturer required a more powerful and efficient heat exchanger to overcome production delays and quality issues caused by the existing heat exchanger's inability to meet manufacturing process demands.
The semiconductor customer in Malta required a more powerful and efficient water chiller to resolve production delays and quality issues caused by the existing chiller's inability to meet manufacturing demands.
The medical device manufacturer client sought a cost-effective and efficient testing solution to address premature failure and overheating issues in their water-cooling engines.
The United States Air Force came to Chillermen seeking a custom-made water cooled chiller for use in the F22 Raptor in order to keep the PAO oil at a specific temperature. We worked very closely with the client from start to finish, ensuring we met their every specification and detail.
A client in the medical industry approached Chillermen in need of a test procedure for a cooling engine burn in. The customer supplied us with prints and we worked closely with them on the project, developing a series of testing methods.
A customer in the semi-conductor industry in Malta came to Chillermen in need of a custom-made 90 ton water chiller unit. Specifications stated the chiller unit should have an ambient temperature up to 105°F and a supply water temperature of 52°F.
Chillermen was approached to custom design and manufacture a heat exchanger for use in the semiconductor industry. The customer had many specific requirements, including a chilled water range of 42°F to 56°F, an outlet temperature of 64°F (±2°), and a flow rate of 6 GPM to 55 GPM, using a HFE 7100 coolant fluid.
