The medical device manufacturer client sought a cost-effective and efficient testing solution to address premature failure and overheating issues in their water-cooling engines.

The United States Air Force came to Chillermen seeking a custom-made water cooled chiller for use in the F22 Raptor in order to keep the PAO oil at a specific temperature. We worked very closely with the client from start to finish, ensuring we met their every specification and detail.

A client in the medical industry approached Chillermen in need of a test procedure for a cooling engine burn in. The customer supplied us with prints and we worked closely with them on the project, developing a series of testing methods.

A customer in the semi-conductor industry in Malta came to Chillermen in need of a custom-made 90 ton water chiller unit. Specifications stated the chiller unit should have an ambient temperature up to 105°F and a supply water temperature of 52°F.

Chillermen was approached to custom design and manufacture a heat exchanger for use in the semiconductor industry. The customer had many specific requirements, including a chilled water range of 42°F to 56°F, an outlet temperature of 64°F (±2°), and a flow rate of 6 GPM to 55 GPM, using a HFE 7100 coolant fluid.

A client in the general contracting industry came to Chillermen needing a custom designed process chiller, and they had specific needs. This client needed the chiller to cool a server room, and it had to be less than 55 DBA.
